The Cab QI InNo-Liner Hermes system is a cutting-edge print-and-apply solution tailored for industrial environments that demand both high labelling efficiency and environmental responsibility. Unlike traditional linerless systems that rely on pressure-sensitive adhesives and silicone-coated surfaces, the inNo Liner variant uses a water-triggered adhesive activated through micro-vaporisation at the point of application. This innovation eliminates the need for liners and silicones entirely, reducing waste and simplifying logistics.

Core Technology and Materials

Adhesive Activation: Labels are coated with a special adhesive that becomes tacky only when exposed to water vapour during application. This ensures clean adhesion without pre-stickiness or residue.
Label Composition: The labels are made from direct thermal paper, free from silicone and bisphenols, making them suitable for sensitive applications, including food packaging.
Roll Efficiency: With up to 750 metres of material per roll, the system significantly reduces downtime and changeover frequency compared to traditional linered or pressure-sensitive linerless systems.
