What Does the GalvTag Pro Do?

GalvTag Pro enables secure, accurate identification of items exposed to the harsh conditions of galvanising. Each tag can be printed with unique human- and machine-readable data—such as barcodes, batch numbers, and text—using a thermal transfer printer. This means you can generate tags on-site, just-in-time, or opt for pre-printed tags ready for immediate use. The finished tags are easily attached to parts with wire, ensuring they stay with the product throughout the entire process.

GalvTag Pro tags are specifically formulated to withstand the full galvanising workflow:
Superior chemical resistance: The tag resists cleaning agents, fluxing chemicals, and molten zinc, maintaining legibility and integrity throughout the process.
Heat resistance up to 850°C: The tag remains effective even when dipped into molten zinc at temperatures exceeding 450°C, as well as during subsequent post-treatments.
Suitable for heat treatment process: Including those in reduced atmospheres, making it versatile for a range of metalworking applications.
